Terms of Use

1. Who may use GrowGrow

GrowGrow is intended for a parent, guardian, or other authorized adult to organize family routines. You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you enter information about a child, you confirm that you have authority to do so and are responsible for supervising the child's use of the app.

2. What GrowGrow provides

GrowGrow lets you create child profiles, routines and schedules; record completion and progress; award stars; and create and redeem family rewards. The current iOS app is offered as a paid App Store download and does not require an additional in-app purchase to use these features, subject to reasonable technical and service limits.

GrowGrow is an organization tool. It does not provide medical, educational, behavioral, or professional advice, and it does not guarantee any particular outcome.

3. Guest and Apple-linked accounts

You may continue as a Guest without using Sign in with Apple. A Guest account's access credential is stored in the iOS Keychain on this device, and iOS may preserve it if the app is reinstalled. If that credential or access to the device is lost before the account is connected to Apple, GrowGrow may be unable to recover the account or its data.

Sign in with Apple is optional and is used for synchronization and account recovery. You are responsible for maintaining control of your device, Apple account, and GrowGrow session. You must not access another person's account without permission.

4. App Store purchase

GrowGrow is purchased through the App Store. The price is shown by Apple before you download the app. GrowGrow does not separately charge a subscription or require an in-app purchase in the current version.

Apple processes payment and manages App Store purchase history and refunds. GrowGrow does not receive your payment-card details. Refund eligibility and processing are controlled by Apple and applicable law; requests can be made through Apple's purchase support.

5. Your content and responsibilities

You keep any rights you have in names, task titles, categories, rewards, and other content you enter. You give GrowGrow a limited permission to host, process, copy, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service.

You agree not to:

• enter content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, or that exposes sensitive information without authority;
• probe, disrupt, overload, automate abusive requests to, or bypass limits or security controls of the app or API;
• reverse engineer or copy GrowGrow except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
• use GrowGrow in a way that violates another person's rights or applicable law.

6. GrowGrow intellectual property

GrowGrow, including its software, design, text, graphics, and branding, is licensed rather than sold and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the app under these Terms and the applicable App Store usage rules, no rights are transferred to you. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies unless a valid custom license is presented through the App Store.

7. Third-party services

GrowGrow relies on Apple for authentication and App Store transactions and on Railway for backend hosting. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for a third-party service's independent acts, outages, or changes, but this does not affect responsibility that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of GrowGrow. Service interruptions and data loss can occur, so GrowGrow should not be your only record of information that is critical to your family. We will provide notice of material changes when reasonably practical or legally required.

9. Suspension, termination, and deletion

You may stop using GrowGrow at any time and may delete your account in the app. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the service, create security or legal risk, or if continued operation is no longer reasonably possible. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

Account deletion removes GrowGrow account and family data from the active database as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting GrowGrow does not erase purchase records controlled by Apple.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, GrowGrow is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, perfect data accuracy, or that the service will meet every family's needs. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so those exclusions may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the GrowGrow provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, use, or profits arising from GrowGrow. Any total liability for a claim relating to GrowGrow will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for GrowGrow in the 12 months before the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer protections.

12. Governing terms

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator of GrowGrow, without regard to conflict-of-law rules and without limiting mandatory rights you have under the laws where you live. Any dispute will be handled in a court with lawful jurisdiction. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as GrowGrow changes. We will post the revised Terms here and update the date above. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when required. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
